What is this page for?
This is basically my effort to return to the net a lot of the information I've collected over the years concerning self-bondage. 
What is self-bondage?
Well, quite simply, it is the act of restraining oneself in some manner without the aid of anyone else. This page is an encyclopedia of resources for people such as myself who are highly motivated to be involved in this activity. Right before Warhammer's site got killed, I saved a lot of his pages and have incorporated some here, and plan to incorporate the rest that I have soon.
